We developed the social media strategy and identity for Elles Project. Elles Project is a french-speaking female social club based in Miami. Elles project had already launched, planned events and workshops, registered members and grown a tight community for less than a year. It was time for the organization to rethink its brand identity in order to cater to its niche and have a cohesive image across touchpoints.
The organization’s name: Elles Project, is an homage to women. A community that brings women together.
We wanted to create a feminine, yet professional and authentic visual identity for the brand.
How to convey a feminine and professional, yet friendly identity, while creating a distinct identity for the community and without using the usual all-pink girly palette.
We worked on the concept of the butterfly, elegant, colorful, and versatile, it is a strong symbol of growth. Delicate lines, vibrant colors, and bold accents, giving life to the concept in the visual identity on social media.
We worked on reflecting the concept through the branding and visual identity, developing a palette of feminine and bold tones, and conveying a professional but welcoming image through the logo design elements, and fonts. We illustrated the butterfly concept with the butterfly design elements, used throughout the brand’s visuals, within the brand’s color.
